Burrs

Brownhill searched and found the ideal place for our young outward-bound
enthusiasts.  Burrs Country Park, just outside the centre of Bury, which is
a 25 minute minibus ride from Brownhill.

Burrs trips started in 2001, but in 2002, visits to Burrs have increased to
every Friday afternoon Burrs has provided pupils with all kinds of outdoor
activities such as climbing, problem- solving, abseiling, orienteering and
most popular of all Kayaking and Canoeing.
